01. Orders & Downloads
How do I receive my planner after purchase?
As soon as your payment is confirmed, you'll receive an email with secure download links to all included files. Your purchase is also available to re-download anytime using the link in that email.
What file formats do the planners come in?
Most planners are delivered as Notion templates, Google Sheets templates and Excel (.xlsx) files, plus a printable PDF where applicable. Each product page lists exactly what's included.
I didn't receive my download email — what should I do?
Please check your spam or promotions folder first. If you still can't find it within 30 minutes, contact us at support@tvnexly.com with your order details and we'll resend it right away.
02. Using Your Planner
Do I need any special software to use these planners?
No special software is required. Notion templates work in the free Notion app, spreadsheet templates open in Google Sheets or Excel (including the free web versions), and PDFs can be printed or annotated on any device.
Can I customize the colors, layout and text?
Absolutely. All planners are fully editable — change colors, fonts, layouts, categories and labels to match your brand or personal style.
Can I use a planner for multiple TV channels or shows?
Yes. Once purchased, a planner can be duplicated and used across as many of your own projects, channels or shows as you like, under a single-user license. See our License page for details.
03. Payments & Refunds
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, PayPal, and Apple Pay / Google Pay where available, processed through our secure payment partners.
Do you offer refunds on digital products?
Yes. We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee if you're not satisfied with your purchase. Please review our Refund Policy page for full eligibility details.
Is this a one-time payment or a subscription?
All purchases are one-time payments. There are no recurring fees, and you get lifetime access to your files plus free minor updates.
04. Licensing & Support
Can I resell or share these planner templates?
No. Our license allows personal and internal team use only. Reselling, redistributing or publicly sharing the template files is not permitted. Read the full terms on our License page.
