License Agreement

1. Overview

This License Agreement ("License") explains the rights granted to you when you purchase a digital product (each, a "Template") from TVNexly Store ("we", "us", "our"). By purchasing and/or downloading a Template, you agree to the terms of this License.

2. Grant of License

Upon purchase, TVNexly Store grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide license to:

• Download and use the Template for your personal projects, business, organization, or client work
• Customize, edit and adapt the Template (colors, text, layout, branding) to fit your needs
• Duplicate the Template for use across multiple of your own channels, shows, or projects
• Use the Template internally within your team or organization

3. What You May Not Do

Unless you have received prior written permission from TVNexly Store, you may not:

• Resell, redistribute, sublicense, rent, lease or share the Template files (in original or modified form) as a standalone product or template
• Upload the Template to any public template marketplace, sharing site, or repository
• Claim the original Template design as your own creation for resale purposes
• Share your purchased files with individuals outside your own team or organization

4. Use in Client Work

You may use a purchased Template to deliver a finished project to a client (e.g., setting up a content planner for a client's business). However, you may not deliver the raw, unmodified Template files themselves as a deliverable that the client could resell or redistribute independently.

5. Ownership

TVNexly Store retains all intellectual property rights, including copyright, in and to the Templates. Your purchase grants you a license to use the Template as described above — it does not transfer ownership of the design or underlying intellectual property to you.

6. Bundle License

The license terms in this document apply equally to each individual Template included within a bundle purchase, such as the Ultimate TV Content Planner Bundle.

7. Updates

From time to time, we may release free updates or improvements to a Template you've purchased. These updates are covered under the same license as your original purchase, at no additional cost.

8. Termination

This License is automatically terminated if you violate any of its terms. Upon termination, you must stop using and delete all copies of the Template in your possession.

9. Changes to This License

We may update this License Agreement from time to time. Continued use of previously purchased Templates remains governed by the license terms in effect at the time of your purchase, unless a change is required by law.
